Garage Beer Co. - Salvuki

This one is a hybrid approach to American Pale Ale. It has the classic hallmarks such as dryness, a decent bitter finish and citrus and pine notes. But where it differs is the body has a silkiness due to a modest percentage of flaked oats in the grist. This has the effect of really carrying the dank citrus and pine resin hop character of Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata all the way through each sip. (Zitat Garage Beer Co.)

Garage Beer Co. - Nawi

This hazy has a beautiful complexity to it as a result of the vibrant blend of Mosaic, Eclipse and Idaho 7. Mosaic delivers a mango and pine one-two which is brightened up by the orange zest of Eclispe while Idaho 7 ties it all together with juicy pineapple and apricot with a hint of lemon. For all the West Coast heads out there, this one is sure to please you. In keeping with how we have been making our West Coast IPAs in recent times this one is bright, aromatic, crisp and incredibly drinkable. This one has lots of bright mango and pineapple on the nose but there is also plenty of citrus and pine resin in here. Anchored in Mosaic for that perfect mix of bright tropical fruit and dank weed and enhanced with Galaxy Spectrum, Columbus CGX and Centennial delivering a melange of nice tropical fruit and naughty cannabis notes. Polly's Brew Co. - Polly's x Spookton - 7th Birthday

We were over the moon to find out our closest home city had a brand new brewery opening, and found even more common ground when we visited for the first time to see a brewkit very similar to the original Polly’s brew kit to wax lyrical over. Since then we have routinely found Spookton’s beers on our radar and have been blown away at the quality being produced from our neighbours over the border. Wanting to go with what we both do best, our birthday IPA is a beautiful meld of in-house favourite Idaho 7, alongside the freshly named Krush; both imparting juicy tropical notes with a sticky pine undercurrent. It’s our birthday though, so we couldn’t just leave things at that - a supercharge of DynaBoost in the whirlpool, along with HyperBoost on the cold side, all of the fruit-forward notes in this beer have been amplified up to 11 in an all out rush to the palate with intense mango, pineapple, and pomelo flavours. Cloudwater Brew Co. - Second Breath

Second Breath is our first foray into using the hop product Mega Terps from Freestyle Hops. This little gem of a pellet is a custom blend of Southern Cross, Motueka And Rakua, combined with Phantasm's magical thiol precursors. This blend of Thiols, Terpenes and Esters helps dial up the unique flavours and aromas you expect from NZ hops.
To help showcase this, we decided to use a classic trio of Motueka, Nelson, and Pacific Jade. The result is a total juice bomb: gummy sweets, candied melon, and overripe Mango take over the senses. Fuerst Wiacek - Action Directe (2025)

Action Directe is a remake of the legendary climbing beer that inspired Wolfgang Güllich’s benchmark route up Waldkopf. Often given to climbers upon completion of the climb, the route was eventually named after the exceptionally thirst quenching liquid. It’s oily, piney and as dank as Wolfgang’s climbing shoes. Track Brewing Company - Dreaming Of... DDH Mosaic

The Dreaming Of... series, where we explore our favourite hop varieties through the medium of a single hop DDH IPA, returns with an entry we are shocked we haven't got around to brewing before. Mosaic is a mainstay here at Track; it's a major player in the flavour profile of Sonoma. In fact, it's only a couple years older than Sonoma, first entering the market in 2012.
For this beer and the coming year, Matt and Harry have hand selected Mosaic from Lakeside Ranches, a farm in Salem, Oregon established by fourth generation hop growers Erica and Jake Lorentz. Their Mosaic has the best of everything the hop can be; intense tropical fruitiness underpinned by delicate florality and grassy freshness. We have given it the room to speak for itself by solely (double) dry-hopping this IPA with the fresh 2024 crop and we feel it champions the variety in the way it deserves. (Zitat Track Brewing Co.)

Sonnen-Bräu Mürsbach - Lager

Gemaischt mit tennenvermälzter böhmischer Braugerste im Dekoktionsverfahren. Hierbei wird ein Teil der Maische aufgekocht um dem Sud einen besonders vollen Geschmack zu verleihen. Das ungefilterte Lagerbier präsentiert sich am besten im Willybecher.
Das historische Braumalz verleiht dem Lagerbier seine golidg helle Farbe getragen von einem feinem Hefeschleiher.
Oben thront eine standhaft weise samtig weiche feinporige Schaumkrone.
Im Antrunk machen sich getreidig-brotige Noten auf der Zunge breit, unterstützt durch eine super Vollmundigkeit und flüchtige Karamellnoten. Auf der Zunge legt sich schon der Hopfengarten nieder. Gekocht im holzbefeuertem Sudkessel mit einer bayrischen Hopfenauswahl aus der Hallertau. Sein harzig hopfenwürziges Aroma verdankt das helle Lager der Hopfensorte „Herkules“. Für den harmonischen Ausgleich sorgen die Sorten „Diamant“ & „Smaragd“ mit hopfenblumigen Bouquet.

It's back for 2025! To celebrate our partnership with Fidens on Welcome To The Neighbourhood 2025, we've rebrewed our collaboration DDH DIPA, which stands as one of our highest rated and most talked about beers to date.
Fidens are renowned for some of the biggest flavours in beer, producing huge hoppy, hazy numbers that changed the perception of what beer can be. Brouwerij Boon - Lambic Kriek Millesime 2023

The Boon Millésime 2020 is an “Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek”. In the summer of 2023, the cherries were harvested with which we made this delicate, traditional fruit beer based on Belgian Schaarbeek cherries and lambic. We had the fresh cherries fermented with lambic beer that had already aged for 18 months in wooden barrels. We used a total of 270 grams of cherries per litre. We then allowed the resulting cherry lambic to mature for another 6 months in oak casks. After this additional aging, we bottled the beer in these bottles on 23.02.2024. The Boon Millésime is re-fermented in the bottle and can safely continue to age for several more years.
This Belgian cherry-based beer is an ideal tasting beer for food pairing or as an aperitif. Thanks to its accessible alcohol content (6.5%), the distinct and elegant aroma of the Schaarbeek cherries is given free rein.

Gueuzerie Tilquin - Oude Mouvedre 2022-2023

Jester King Brewery - Fantome del Rey 2022

We're happy to announce the re-release of Fantôme del Rey — farmhouse ale brewed with Belgian candi sugar, coriander, black peppercorns, & truffle honey in collaboration with Brasserie Fantôme in Soy, Belgium. We first brewed Fantôme del Rey with the legendary brewer Dany Prignon on a trip to Belgium in 2014. We then re-brewed it at Jester King in 2016. Six years later, we're excited to release it once again.
Fantôme del Rey was brewed with Hill Country well water, Texas-grown barley and wheat malt from TexMalt, organic Fuggles hops, Belgian candi sugar, coriander, and black peppercorns. It was fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture, then re-fermented with truffle honey. We naturally conditioned it for four months in green bottles. Everyone’s paid their share and the bill comes up short. The waiter lets you know it’s 60SEK you owe, and that’s not including the service charge. Someone’s not paid for their dessert. You glance around the table at the people that used to be your friends who have suddenly morphed into suspicious misers, petty criminals trying to swindle you. Who is it? They could all be guilty. Each face generates a flashback of a time they didn’t contribute. Angelina never paid you back for Torbjörns hair implants. Torbjörn refused to contribute to the massage chair you all bought for Lasse after he got divorced. Lasse ungratefully sold the massage chair and bought a leather jacket to match the pony tail he grew to look like Rasmus, who is famously attractive, in a local sort of way. But, being attractive as he is, life’s too easy for him and he’s never first to buy a round, never first to suggest a group present, never the first to bring the fika. All he does is elevate the group with his handsomeness. Yes, it must be Rasmus. You ask Rasmus if he’s sure he paid for everything and he stares at you with those piercing blue eyes, sat atop of his gorgeous, high cheekbones, and he doesn’t answer, he just looks at you, and asks if you paid for one scoop of ice cream instead of three. You snort in derision and glance at the receipt. There they are next to each other, en kula, tre kulor. How could you have been so stupid? You become short of breath as you realise he’s right. You glance at the people around as they all stare at you. It’s you, you are the problem, you are the petty thief. You consider running, abandoning these decades old friendships, so that you don’t have to admit your guilt. But you take a deep breath instead, and confess your crimes. It was a simple mistake after all. You laugh a nervous, disjointed laugh and everyone joins you. Nervous, disjointed laughs all round, wobbling jowls and teeth and spit. You say you’re sorry, reiterate what an honest mistake it was and insist on buying a round of beers, because you love those people, your lifelong friends, and you cherish them, and you cherish the laughs you’re having and you’ve forgotten that you ever thought that they would steal the bread from your mouth if they could.
US style NEIPA 6.5%. Simpsons Extra Pale base with oats and wheat. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Ekuanot and Idaho 7. Pale yellow and hazy with aromas of red berries, stone and tropical fruits. Low bitterness and a creamy body. (Zitat Stigbergets Bryggeri)

Stigbergets Bryggeri - Halvnelson

Being the second born isn’t easy, so we thought the little brother of Dubbel Nelson deserved a leg up. We dry hopped it with 100% Nelson Sauvin just like its elder sibling, but we replaced some of the hop pellets with Amplifire hop oil from Clayton Hops to really turn up the volume of those smash-hit aroma notes that Nelson Sauvin is known for delivering. Amplifire is essentially a liquid dry hop, with all the oils extracted from whole hop cones on the same day they were harvested, also known as ‘wet’ hops as they don’t go through any drying or processing before extraction. The aroma oils from the ‘wet’ hops will not be degraded by heat or oxygen allowing the hop oils to be preserved in their purest and freshest form, which really amplifies the hop aromas once they’re added to beer.
Bright with a soft haze and light in body. A touch of malt sweetness with a clean hoppy finish. Bright tropical and citrus aromas with notes of grapefruit, white grape, gooseberry and a hint of diesel.

Lervig Aktiebryggeri - Mingle By Rackhouse

Jim Beam barrel-aged barley wine was blended with a selection of stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels for over 2 years in a ratio of 25% barley wine to 75% imperial stout. The warming fig & chocolate flavors from our stout mingles with the rich caramel toffee notes of the barley wine while the barrels present the palate with a rich oak and bourbon aftertaste.
