What does it even mean?
Christmas lights! But that’s not all. We’d be lying if we said we didn’t draw inspiration from the breweries that came before us.
For a Swedish brewery we have an alarming penchant for American hops and back in the days when we were mere enthusiasts, we held
a special reverence for Julius by Tree House Brewing Company. Now once a year we like to pay homage by making a fruity Christmas
beer with no discernible Christmas spices in it whatsoever. This tradition busting brew is an acknowledgement from Sweden, that
just because it’s Christmas, doesn’t mean it has to have allspice in it.

Garage Beer Co. - Carbon Fusion
A Mash festival debut for North Carolinas amazing Resident Culture Brewing gives us the opportunity to knock heads together and come up with a cracking collab. We were very much on the same page when it came to the hops that we wanted to use. Dominated by the strawberry, passion fruit and dank pink grapefruit of Strata which is almost matched by the sweaty, underripe mango character of our hand selected lots of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. Finally seasoned with a gentle touch of Riwaka for that beautiful New Zealand twang and a double down on the passion fruit and citrus notes. We opted for a super pale grist that is stripped back to just pils, oats and chit malt and the hops are screaming thanks. This is a real easy drinker that bellows hops! (Zitat Garage Beer Co.)

Our fifth release with Chris (simpsons artist), The Witch Doctor, wicca wicca woo.
A devilishly juicy IPA, packed with Cashmere, Idaho 7, Cascade, Talus and Ekuanot hops, this IPA is brewed with some rye in the
grist for a touch of golden orange colour and a deep, earthy spiciness to it.
There will be tropical notes in there as well as some herbal and floral flavours, with hints of grapefruit and some lime.

This year our (and your) luck has been doubled. Not only are we brewing Ziplocked ’24, we are also giving you a West Coast IPA iteration to please all of the clear beer fans out there! A super clean and pale base has been assaulted by massive amounts of this hop in the kettle, whirlpool and in dry hop. The result is a bitter WCIPA with huge bright notes of grapefruit and lime zest, peach rings and passion fruit that drinks with incredible ease. Stigbergets Bryggeri - No Money No Honey
A collab with our friends at Verdant, we combined our mutual love of hops into one double IPA. Typically most higher strength
beers require the addition of some extra sugar during the brewing process due to size limitations of the brewhouse. However our
friends at Verdant have been getting great feedback from all malt DIPAs, and through some magic, sweat and tears we too managed
to achieve all our desired sugars from malt alone. On top of this we pushed the boat out even further to maximize our hot side
aroma hops using close to 8g/l of Citra, Citra Incognito and Simcoe hops. Fermented with the Verdant house strain rather than
our own before going all over the top with nearly 28g/l of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and experimental YCH 303 cryo hops
enriched with Phantasm powder, Sauvignon Blanc grape must. This beer is so big we lost 30% of the total volume to hops, think
about that!
A DIPA brewed with pilsner malt and a hefty amount of wheat and oats, with the most hops we’ve ever used in the whirlpool..
Dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and more Simcoe, plus experimental Cryo 303, a blend of Yakima Chief’s cryo pellets and
Phantasm powder, for increased thiol precursor potential.
Hazy, juicy and full bodied with a silky smooth mouthfeel. A subtle malt sweetness and a boozy warmth to balance the onslaught
of hops, with a clean bitterness and lingering hop presence. Massive tropical, stone fruit, and citrus aromas, hints of gooseberry,

Insight Cellars - Transcending Terroir 2021
Blend of Danish Saison & Spontaneous Orgeon Wild Ale with German Pinot Noir grapes.
This is our collaboration with De Garde Brewing in Oregon, USA. We imported 1.5 year old Spontaneous Oregon Wild Ale and
blended it with 75% Danish Saison. After aging for 2 years in oak, we then macerated Pinot Noir grapes from the Rhodt wine
region in Germany. Post grape maceration, the beer spent an additional year in oak barrels to further refine the delicate and

What does it even mean ?
We met our new pals at Beak for the first time during the hop harvest out in the Pacific Northwest. Shortly after, we tried
their wares at a tap takeover and were chuffed to pieces with how good their beers are, especially for such a young brewery!
Fast forward a few months and we’ve welcomed the gang over to brew a big juicy DIPA, blending aspects of both our beers. Bill
is the result.
What you need to know though
Don’t let the pale appearance fool you. This beer was built on a base of Heidelberg pilsner with heaps of oats, wheat, wheat
malt and rye. Hop-wise we squeezed in as much Citra as our whirlpool could handle before adding Citra Incognito, and a day 1
dry hop of, you guessed it, more Citra! Post fermentation, this already Citra-saturated beer was met with its New Zealand cousins
Riwaka and Wai-iti, plus Citra Cryo. Creamy and rich, with a full body that supports the dominating mango and passionfruit aroma,
and soft notes of sauvignon blanc, gooseberry, orange and strawberry.

One of our favourite beers of yesteryear from our long-departed Originals range was the phenomenal Azacca Mosaic DIPA; those super ripe tropical fruit punch notes batted off the mellow, but ever present bitterness in a wonderful display of harmony. With four additional years of brewing experience since we last brewed that one time wonder, we got a little nostalgic and decided to do as we’ve done with so many of our beers, by bringing all that flavour intensity to a reeled in pale ale, and lavish it with that Augment touch thanks to our bespoke in-house LA3 yeast strain for insane amounts of suspension and mouthfeel. This incredible hop from New Zealand is a real favourite here adding its unique blend of passion fruit and citrus along with that signature NZ twang that makes these hops so exciting. Private Landbrauerei Schönram - Schönramer Hell
Das Schönramer Hell ist unsere Hauptsorte und eines der beliebtesten Biere im südöstlichen Voralpenland. Dieses süffige,
vollmundige Bier ist vom Typ her ein Münchner Hell, aber eine für unsere Region typische kräftigere und hopfenbetontere Variante.
In manchen Kreisen ist unser Helles auch als Schoarama, sGreane oder als 1780er bekannt.
Durch die Verwendung einer speziellen Gerstensorte ist seine brillante strohgelbe Farbe im Vergleich zu vielen Bieren seiner
Gattung sehr hell. Im Antrunk sehr weich und verführerisch mit leichter Akaziennote, geht es in einen vollen, ausgewogenen Zweiklang
aus Hopfen und Malz über. Der Abgang ist sehr sauber und trocken und hinterlässt eine feine, delikate Hopfenbittere auf der Zunge.

Trillium Brewing Company - The Riverway Double Dry Hopped
The Emerald Necklace series tells a foundational piece of the Trillium Brewing story. If you’ve visited our home of Boston,
you’ve likely encountered and enjoyed a section of the Emerald Necklace. Beginning downtown at the Boston Common and Public Garden,
extending out to Back Bay, and all the way to Dorchester, this 1,100 acre, seven-mile-long public park system is a cherished green
oasis in the heart of the city. Years ago, JC cultivated a plot in the Fenway Victory Gardens, where he grew edible and decorative
plants, trees, and even some hop bines!
The second beer in the series takes us to The Riverway, a 34-acre park that serves as a border between Boston and neighboring
Brookline. Dual-hopped with two favorites from the Pacific Northwest, Citra and Mosaic each display their distinct tropical traits.
We taste orange sherbet, meyer lemon, and juicy peach. A gentle sweetness that never nears cloying is embraced by a refined

For this beer we decided to let the West Coast IPA Master Take the Wheel and teach us over here in Europe how the Pros handle a
West Coast IPA. Chinook, Chinook CGX, Cascade, Cascade CGX and Citra layered over a simple base of Pale ale and a sprinkle of
Munich malt and you’ve got an All American West Coast IPA. Dank, Pungent, resinous with orange marmalade and pine needles stinging
the nose, this beer brings back nostalgia in a hazy world.

Left Handed Giant come from the lovely British city of Bristol. Boasting one of the most beautiful Brewpubs in the country
with beers to match they are a certain crowd favourite across the British Isles. Unintentionally whenever we’ve invited our British
friends over we’ve almost always ended up brewing a DIPA so we thought why break tradition? Much like everyone we invite over
for a collab, we try to match the best of both our brewing techniques to create something a little bit different from our usual
beers! For this one we went extremely heavy on late hop additions using Incognito and cryo hops to almost go 5x higher than our
usual hotside late addition hops. On top of this we layered in an extra heavy dryhop of Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson and Pacific
Sunrise for an overheavy saturation of Mangoes, more mangoes, Citrus fruit and tropical fruit galore!
Incredibly pale Heidelberg Pilsner malt with almost 40% Oats and wheat make the base of this beer. A total hop load of almost
24g/l for as much saturation as possible. Thick but fluffy mouthfeel makes this an easy going DIPA with an aggressively pungent

DEYA Brewing Company - Starburst Galaxy
This pale ale was brewed with our friends Five Points Brewing. The beer is based on a mutual love of Galaxy hops. A potentially delicious hop but somewhat fickle to work with. We paired Galaxy in early fermentation, with Strata and Nelson on the post fermentation dry hop. There is plenty of passion fruit and pineapple on the nose with a touch of lime and a little bit of grape going on. The pineapple then opens right up, complementing a lean dry malt character. For this Wijnbergperzik, we macerated vineyard peaches for about four months on three- and four-year old lambik. Two thirds of the lambikken have been brewed by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, one third by Lindemans. The oldest lambik has been brewed in October 2019. This renders the weighted average age to more than 33 months. The final fruit proportion is 388 grams of Moesel-grown and hand-picked peaches per litre of Wijnbergperzik. For this Pruim, 3 Fonteinen macerated an old Belgian damson variety - Vroege Tolse - which they've handpicked with Willy Verlinden on the Wijngaardberg in Wezemaal, just outside Leuven. They macerated the plums for almost six months on three-year old lambik. While bottling, they blended with more two-and-ahalf-year old lambik, rendering the weighted average of the blend at more than 32 months upon the bottling moment. The final fruit proportion is 392 grams of Vroege Tolse per litre of finished Pruim. In total, They've used lambikken from three different barrels and seven different brews. 100% 3 Fonteinen. Stigbergets Bryggeri - Ted NZ Pilsner
We love the guys at Beak, So much we’ve invited them over for another brew this year! We thought our previous beer “Bill”
the DIPA was an absolute winner, so we thought lets see what we can do with our brewers beer style of choice, the lager! Ted is
a pilsner, fermented with the house yeast of a very famous Bavarian brewery however hopped (very un-germanly) with New Zealnd
Wai-iti and Motueka. This isn’t a Cold IPA, so don’t be expecting a barrage of tropical fruits, This is an NZ pilsner. Clean,
Crisp with a delicate sweetness with soft top notes of lemongrass, kiwi and honey. We are not saying Pilsners are un-interesting,
far from it, however this particular one is a very interesting pilsner.
We went full German on this, until we didn’t. 100% Heidelberg Pilsner malt with a South German water profile following a decoctation
mash schedule. Hopped liberally on the hot side with Spicy Wai-iti and Fruity Motueka before Fermenting super cold at 8c for
over 3 weeks. Once fermentation was finished the beer received a gentle kiss of more wai-iti and motueka just to elevate the
top before conditioning for 4 weeks. Everything done as it should be, except for the hops.

What does it even mean ?
A Greek phrase attributed to the ancient philosopher Heraclitus, “panta rei” translates to “everything flows” or “everything is
in flux.” This concept reflects Heraclitus’s belief that change is the fundamental essence of the universe, and that everything
is constantly in motion and transformation. Emphasizing that stability is an illusion, and that the only constant in life is
change itself. 5 guest breweries came together this summer to create Panta Rei, the festival. The conversations there have now
come together to bring you Panta Rei, the IPA. Grain transforms into wort. Hops transform into bitterness and aroma. Yeast
transforms sugar into alcohol. And Panta Rei transforms you.
What you need to know though
Golden Promise with a hefty dose of malted oats and wheat and torrefied oats and wheat. Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and an
innovative new trial product: YCH 301 Simcoe.YCH 301 is part of the Yakima Chief Hops Elite Product Trial program that combines
the ground-breaking concept of Frozen Fresh Hops and the innovative technology of Cryo Hops® to pioneer a new way to brew fresh
hop ales with a pelletized product. Freshly harvested whole cone hops are flash frozen, preserving the delicate nuanced character
of fresh hops. The lupulin containing the aromatic hop oils is then separated from the rest of the hop cone and cryogenically
processed into concentrated frozen lupulin pellets, which are shipped frozen directly to the brewery. Golden yellow and slightly
hazy, sweet with a hoppy finish. Tropical aromas of mango and passionfruit, hints of honey, grapefruit and pine. Like a liquid

WHAT DOES IT EVEN MEAN ?
As the legendary Vinnie recently put it, “there is an assault on bitterness”, and a beer lacking in bitterness lacks a backbone.
Love it to Death is our ode to the double West Coast IPAs of the good old days, both the infamous and the forgotten. Praised for
their ability to showcase the intense flavors and aromas of hops without overwhelming the palate, and maintaining complexity and
drinkability by balancing high levels of both bitterness and alcohol. The use of frozen fresh Cryo Simcoe from Yakima Chief Hops
amplifies those grapefruit, pine, and pungent dank notes quintessential for the style.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THOUGH
Pale Ale base with Vienna and range of caramel malts. Heavily hopped with Ekuanot, Columbus, Amarillo, and Simcoe at all stages
of the brew from mash to dry hop. Golden amber in color, bright and clear. Clean and dry finish with a lingering hop bitterness
and a robust malt profile to round it out. An intense and complex hop bouquet with vibrant grapefruit and citrus, resinous pine

Ghost of the Highway sees us brewing for the first time with new US developmental hop variety HBC1019. Catchy name aside,
HBC1019 brings a unique aroma and flavour profile which has been described as dark rum and daiquiri, with a sweet fruit, candied
aroma, with notes of banana and coconut following.
We’ve paired this experimental hop with two headline New Zealand varieties, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, which bring white grape,
elderflower and lime zest. The result is a thick DDH IPA at 6.5%, with flavours of Valencia orange, candy, banana, lime, sweet
