Slowburn Brewing – Fotonik

FOTONIK is our series of Single-Hop Session IPAs. Created to showcase one variety of hops on the base of a crisp and clean West Coast Session IPA with a balanced bitterness. This version is brewed and dry-hopped with top of the shelf Mosaic hops, adding deep notes of mango, pine and citrus to this crisp and drinkable beer. (Zitat Slowburn Brewing)

Slowburn Brewing – Hi-Heel Sneakers

West Coast Double IPA loaded with Amarillo & Simcoe. We used a simple grain bill and fermented with a clean American ale yeast to really let the dank and citrusy hops shine through. (Zitat Slowburn Brewing)

Octopils is our flagship Italian pilsner, dry-hopped with Hallertauer Tradition and Saphir hops from our favourite German hop farm. The cold-fermenting lager yeast provides a perfectly clean and neutral palette for the German malts and hops to shine, delivering delicate notes of toasted bread and mild citrus fruit. Amager Bryghus – Sorcerer’s Lab Cinderella

In the modern world of beer, it’s obviously the BIG beers that get all the hype. Those adjunct laden, sticky Pastry Stouts, the Double, Triple or even Quadrupel IPAs or those milkshake varieties that are more weird than drinkable. But to be honest, when did you last down a pint of Imperial Stout loaded with vanilla and lactose, or to rephrase, when did you last finish such a pint without feeling you had to…..barf? In all honesty, it’s the lighter and more sessionable beers that we drink when we’re simply thirsty and feel a need to quench our thirst. Pilsners and sessionable ales don’t get much love or attention, but we bet they don’t really care. They are the rank and file of the beer world, and like pawns in a game of chess they know their worth. All hail to easydrinking beers! (Zitat Amager Bryghus)

Amager Bryghus – Lardy Dardy

A Session IPA is a type of beer that has as much hops as a standard IPA, but the alcohol strength is set low so you can drink more in a "session" which is an old British term for going to the pub. Thus, Lardy-Dardy is a light and super refreshing, where you will find ale the good and aromatic properties of an IPA, just not so much alcohol. (Zitat Amager Bryghus)
