Die Atlantic Bar ist die Bar des Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg St. Georg. Es liegt direkt an der Aussenalster.

Die Atlantic Bar verfügt über eine erlesene Auswahl an Spirituosen, ich probiere sie aber lieber auf der Hanse Spirit.

Remy Martin - Louis XIII

The finest and most precious eaux-de-vie, made using grapes grown in Grande Champagne – the premier cru of the Cognac region – are carefully blended over the years to create the cognac inside every LOUIS XIII Classic decanter. Provenance and time are the very essence of LOUIS XIII cognac. Each drop represents a finely tuned craft passed down from one generation of Cellar Master to the next.
The eaux-de-vie are slowly aged in old Limousin tierçons (traditional aged French oak casks). Every sip is a taste of time.
No two of these decanters are the same. Hand-crafted by skilled artisans from the finest European crystal houses, each decanter is individually numbered and unique. The distinctive design, featuring a 20-carat gold neck and 10 distinctive spikes on each side, is inspired by a 16th-century flask uncovered from the site of the Battle of Jarnac, France, and later owned by LOUIS XIII founder, Paul-Émile Rémy Martin.
LOUIS XIII cognac (70cl) has a small NFC chip integrated in the cork stopper allowing to seamlessly connect clients to the LOUIS XIII Society, a private club, where members can enjoy exclusive content, experiences and personalized services. (Zitat Remy Martin)

Auf der Hanse Spirit 2018 hatte ich Gelegenheit mit dem Hennessy Paradis und dem Hennessy Paradis Imperial zwei hochwertige Cognac zu probieren, das hatte mich damals tief beeindruckt.
Den Louis XIII Cognac hatte ich schon 2018 bein unserem Urlaub in London im Kaufhaus Harrods gesehen und jetzt bot sich die Gelegenheit in hier einmal zu probieren.
Der Cognac hatte eine feine Nase, einen eleganten komplexen Körper und einen langen aromatischen Nachhall. Sehr lecker, Klasse.

Zum Cognac wurden ein paar Nüsse und pikante Cracker und ein Glas Wasser gereicht. Sehr lecker.

Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atlantic Bar bietet eine sehr gute Qualität.
