Garage Beer Co. - Haunani
We like to start a fresh new year with a fresh new beer. This is a big juicy 8.5% DIPA that is loaded with Yakima Chief Hops Fresh Frozen Cryopellets of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. These are unkilned hops fresh off the bine that are brought straight to the cryo pelletising plant and processed under extremely low temperatures locking in all of the flavours of a wet hop. That means lots of green and grassy notes on top of all of the wonderful flavours that you get from these three fantastic hops. We have augmented this big charge of Fresh Frozen pellets of T90 pellets of these three varieties to give an extreme expression of what they have to offer. Northern Monk Brewing - Patrons Project 27.06 Phil`s Flyers
Our sixth Patrons Project release with the British Culture Archive and we called on our near-by friends at Amity Brew Co.
to collaborate in making this 6.5% IPA.
This beer showcases the classic UK hop variety First Gold, which we have used alongside a hop mainstay from across the Atlantic,
the Centennial hop.
The result is a lovely golden looking IPA with a slightly citrusy flavour with some more grassy undertones. (Zitat)

We are very fortunate to be able to brew Ziplocked '23. A select lot of Double R Ranches Citra has been shipped to us especially
for this beer. While over in Yakima at hop selection in September we had the privilege of being hosted by the Riel family of Double
R Ranches as they returned the favour from their trip to Garage last year. It's no wonder their hops are so good considering the
standards that they work to in harvesting and processing thier hops.
We have stayed true to last years recipe and just let the hops do the talking. Pushing our mash tun to the limit using dangerous
amounts of flaked wheat and oats to conjure up a creamy, silky base beer. On top of this we have layered loads of Citra in the

With the incredible help of Browar Stu Mostów's Head Brewer, Beinat, we took the giant leap and brewed our first ever Munich Helles. We even performed our inaugural decoction mash which has added that wonderful malty complexity so classic to the style. Smooth, rounded, pale golden, malty and with a subtle touch of hop bitters. Brasserie Cantillon - Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2021)
Lambics produced at Cantillon Brewery are referred to as “young” after one year of ageing and are considered as fully matured
after three years. Young beers contain the natural sugars that are necessary for secondary fermentation in the bottle while beers
that have matured for three years contribute their taste and refined flavours.
Gueuze is the ultimate result of a complex blend of lambics of different ages and with different tastes kept in oak barrels. The
brewer’s main task involves tasting and he or she will have to try around a dozen lambics from different barrels, finally
selecting five or six. It is by this method that gueuze 100% lambic, presenting the typical characteristics of Cantillon Brewery’s
beers, is produced. Each blended batch yields a slightly different gueuze because the natural elements at the heart of the beer
make it impossible to produce a standardised product.
Bottles are positioned horizontally in a cellar and left to rest for an average of one year, this being the time required for
the conversion of the sugars into carbon dioxide (secondary fermentation in the bottle). Saturation of the liquid takes place
slowly and naturally, and when the lambic turns into a foaming beer it is called gueuze. (Zitat

Garage Beer Co. - El Grec
This fresh IPA DB showcases two of our favourite hops, Idaho 7 and Amarillo and a very exciting newcomer; YQH-1320 This new experimental variety from Yakima Quality Hops, is showing a lot of promise for both hop farmers and brewers alike. Crop yields seem like they are going to be high and it also appears to have good disease resistance. Combine this with what we, the brewers, want: great aromatics and flavour. With pineapple, guava, orange peel and white peach being just some of the notes that this hop throws off, it's safe to say that this one has a good chance of sticking around. Supporting heavyweights Idaho 7 and Amarillo this beer packs big notes of orange juice, a touch of pineapple and stone fruit with a pleasing herbal background. (Zitat Garage Beer Co.)

When Brooklyn's KC BC came to visit, we wanted to brew an American classic. No, not an IPA. We brewed a great adjunct lager -
nobody brews lager better than us, believe me.
Rice and corn make up 25% of the grist of this super light brew to deliver the greatest drinkability. We then added a juicy twist
with Citra in the whirlpool, combined with Ekuanot in the FV; just enough dry-hop to deliver the tropical flavours without
disguising the clean drinking underneath, which despite the negative press covfefe. Make adjunct lager great again.

Using a malt bill that creates a black colour but low on roast flavour while also providing a soft yet dry mouthfeel and then fermented with our house lager yeast at higher temperatures yet still lower than our ales fermentations temperatures. This provides a super clean and smooth platform to layer in all of the piney, orangey resin. Garage Beer Co. - Renco
We are loving the West Coast IPA renaissance as it has given us the opportunity to brew a whole host of different takes on the style from sticky crystal malt heavy numbers to super pale and dry versions. This one falls somewhere in the middle. While it has more body due to a more complex grist, it is completely balanced out by an elevated bitterness. Then it is hit with loads of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Callista T45 to bring in all manner of pine, citrus, dank and some tropical mango and soft peachy notes. Garage Beer Co. - Mangarata, NZ.
A trio of hazys from three hop growing regions with very distinct characteristics. All three IPAs recieved the same malt bill with 40% wheat and oats giving a protein rich, soft yet dense mouthfeel. The New Zealand hopped IPA is a banger. Last years Tapawera featured Nelson and Motueka so we wanted to showcase some of the other varieties. And we got our hands on one of the most desirable (and most expensive) hops out there; Riwaka. It is a perfect IPA hop lending tonnes of passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus. Layered in with Riwaka are Rakau, Taiheke (formerly NZ Cascade) and Motueka giving this IPA shed loads of pine, lemon and lime and fresh cut grass. (Zitat Garage Beer Co.)

Polly's Brew Co. - The Hop Studio Riwaka
Through every iteration of our growth over the last demi-decade, one thing that has persisted throughout is this brewery’s love of hops, and how we’ve born an entire business that now looks after the livelihoods of fourteen team members from this love. The Hop Studio felt like a natural extension of this love – showcasing the single most complex, wonderfully diverse ingredient we use in our process bar none. A darling of the New Zealand hop breeders for many years now, but a relatively new varietal to us at Polly’s, Riwaka is a triploid variety with prominent old line Saaz noble hop genetics. Those noble characteristics are definitely there with this hop, but in an absolutely breathtaking abundance; with a full-on explosion of potent citrus notes. For this DRuit, we macerated Riesling grapes from Harth & Harth, Rheinhessen, Germany. Maceration took five months and we used two- and three-year old lambikken only. In total, we used lambikken originating from four different barrels and ten different brews. The weighted average age of the blend is almost 22 months. While experimenting with grapes, we have always had in mind to put the emphasis on fruitiness while balancing the nuances of the cepages, and the characteristics of our traditional lambik. While Cabernet aromas and taste can be on the peppery side and green-bell-pepper-forward, we find that this Speling feature these characteristics in a subtle way. Beginning of October 2019, we started macerating a good 200 kilos of Cabernet Cortis grapes on young lambik in an ex Bordeaux barrel. We let it sit for a good four and a half months before blending it with a bit of other young lambik. Final fruit intensity is at 548 grams of must per litre of druivenlambik. 100 % 3 Fonteinen. Putting our heads together, we dreamt up this massive beer that delivers a wave of hoppy character alongside heaps of fruit flavour. A classic malt profile, with plenty of oats and white wheat, with buckets of mango and pineapple. Schwarze Rose Craft Beer - Dazzle
Dazzle!? We didn’t choose this name randomly, because it has a couple of meanings. And this beer is a fusion mix of the IPA
Styles we love. Orange-golden in colour, moderate carbonation and bitterness in a full body, providing yet a smooth and creamy
mouthfeel.
Its bursting with fruity notes, such as tropical pineapple and mango, as well as citrus fruits like grapefruit, orange, and lemon.
The hops we used also impart a slightly floral and spicy aroma, adding more complexity to the beer. Try it and be dazzled the

Die Idee für ein wirklich lokales Bier begann mit der Gründung unserer Brauerei. Während einige Zutaten nicht vor Ort angebaut
werden konnten, ist dies bei Getreide durchaus möglich. Auf der Suche nach lokalen Malzoptionen konnten wir keine finden. Wir
nahmen Kontakt mit der örtlichen Landwirtschaftskammer auf, die das Potenzial historischer Getreidesorten untersuchte. Von ihnen
erhielten wir 2018 das erste Saatgut der "Schwarzen Pfauengerste" zur Vermehrung.
"Pfauengerste" keimt früher als andere Sorten, hat eine geringe Krankheitsanfälligkeit und verträgt nasses und trockenes Wetter
gleichermaßen gut. Die abstehenden Grannen schützen vor Spatzen. Sie erbrachte mehr Stroh und mehr Körner als der übliche Typ und
eignete sich hervorragend zum Mälzen. Ihr Nachteil war jedoch, dass sie etwas weniger ertragreich ist als die gewöhnliche Gerste
und sich das Korn weniger leicht aus der Ähre dreschen lässt. (Zitat

Garage Beer Co. - Mash 23'
This years official Mash festival beer is a three way collab with Yakima Chief Hops and White Labs and it’s a stonker. Using a pair of new ingredients, one hop product and one a novel yeast strain, we have brewed the juiciest of the juicy. Yakima Chief YCH303 is a cryo hop blend of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe which is enriched with Phantasm for a massive boost of Thiol precursors. Added in whirlpool, before the beer was sent off to be fermented with White Labs new thiol liberating yeast strain WLP077 Tropicale. These two ingredients in concert release very aroma active thiols providing a huge hit of tropical passion fruit and grape character. We then hit it with a massive dry hop of Simcoe T90, Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Mosaic T90 and Mosaic Cryo for an overwhelming hop assault that boasts banging aromas of green mango, peach rings, lime, passion fruit, grapefruit and pine. With an incredibly smooth mouthfeel and a gentle but certainly present bitterness, this is a perfect IPA to enjoy at Mash 23 or wherever you can get your hands on it! (Zitat Garage Beer Co.)

Earlier in the year we took a trip over to Verdant for a collab and it turned out to be an absolute killer. So we invited the guys over to brew a return trip in Barcelona with huge expectations to meet. We decided on a tank of a DIPA stocked with loads of Citra, Citra Spectrum, Nelson Sauvin and Bru-1 Spectrum. Spread over three additions this beauty oozes grapefruit, pineapple, peach rings, gooseberry and sauv blanc wine. Garage Beer Co. - STYX, TAS.
A trio of hazys from three hop growing regions with very distinct characteristics. All three IPAs recieved the same malt bill with 40% wheat and oats giving a protein rich, soft yet dense mouthfeel. The Austalian hopped IPA features Enigma, Eclipse and Vic Secret. These bold hops produce myriad flavours that are heavily dank but full of soft overripe fruit notes. Enigma is a hop that we often use in Garage as we just love how out there it is. It's a stinky boy that brings raspberry and white wine and no shortage of dank herbaceousness. Combined with Eclipse and Vic Secret giving tonnes of orange zest and pineapple notes, this IPA is equally complex and delicious. (Zitat Garage Beer Co.)

Brasserie Cantillon - Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022)
Blend of lambics and sour cherries - 200 g of cherries per litre of beer.
Beer with a slightly acidic taste of red fruit complemented with subtle almond flavours. Kriek brings out its maximum “fruitiness”
when drunk young. With age the lambic will take the upper hand, but this is at the expense of the fruit component.
Our sour cherries, which are certified organic, come from Turkey. The fruit is blended with lambic that is on average 20 months
old, the proportion being 200 g of fruit per litre of beer. Since sour cherries have a very pronounced taste it is necessary to
select a lambic that has enough character so that it will be a good match for the fruit. After soaking for two to three months,
the lambic has extracted the full colours, fragrances and flavours of the sour cherries. At that point it is blended with one-year-old
lambic, which contributes the sugars necessary for secondary fermentation in the bottle.
We only use fresh fruit and, as is the case for wine, Cantillon beers can be referred to in terms of vintages. Prevailing weather
conditions have a major impact on the ripeness and quality of the fruit, and this is why the taste of the brewery’s fruit-based

For this Perzik, we macerated red O’Henry peaches for almost five months in two-, three- and four-year old lambics. And we blended with even more four-year old lambics. This makes the weighed average of the complete blend clock in at almost 34 months upon bottling. The final fruit proportion is 390 grams of fresh peaches per litre of finished Rode Perzik. of seven different brews and four different barrels, ant 75 % of the lambikken have been brewed by us. More than 20 % of the
heirloom cereals used in the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik was sourced in Pajottenland.
The weighted average age of the blend was 25 months upon bottling. This blend features the same Lambikken as blend 34, except

For this Druif, we used Muscat Bleu grapes from Wijndomein Hoenshof in Hoepertingen, Haspengouw region, Flanders. Muscat Bleu is a hybrid wine and table grape and has its origin in Switzerland. We macerated the grape must with four different lambics from two different barrels. We let it macerate for five months and blended the grape lambicwith other three young lambics prior bottling. Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen - Druif Dornfelder 19/20 Blend 30
For this Druif, we used Dornfelder grapes from Wijndomein Hoenshof in Hoepertingen, Haspengouw region, Flanders. Dornfelder is a dark skinned variety, originally from German. We co-fermented lambic with freshly pressed shortly skin macerated Dornfelder grape juice in an oak foeder. We let it sit for four month and blended the graspe lambic with some fresh lambic wort for the "prise de mousse" in the bottle. Two of the worlds best IPA breweries, The Veil and Monkish, are back at Mash this year and we are delighted to do a three way collab with them. This was never going to be anything other than a ridiculously heavily hopped monster and that is exactly what this DIPA is. Dosed at three stages with Mosaic Spectrum, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic T90, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin this DIPA is all things passion fruit, mango skin, pink grapefruit, jolly rancher, Sauv Blanc and pine.
