Whiplash Beer - A Distance In You

In the spirit of all the exploratory missions deployed across the galaxy — be they spacecraft, Viking or other — we’re
constantly probing the world of beer back here on Earth. That quest has brought us to this latest creation, which comes from
our brewing team at Stone Brewing – Napa. With a haze reminiscent of some far-off nebula, and further complimented with the
juicy flavors of Ella and Citra hops, this beer is most definitely out of this world. Crafted to be enjoyed on Earth, but if
intelligent life does exist out there, we’re pretty sure they’ll like it too.
One of the early beers brewed by Steve Gonzalez, Senior Manager of Small Batch Brewing & Innovation for Stone Brewing – Napa.
It was received very well in Napa and continues to be a favorite. We knew at some point we would target it for a special national
release and in 2020 we found a good spot for it to kick off the year. It’s not your typical hazy DIPA by any means. The use of
Ella and Citra hops together, combined with Belgian Candi Sugar for added sweetness, definitely make this beer unique.

Die Craft Bier Bar bot die Gelegenheit 5 Hamburger Senatsböcke parallel zu verkosten.
Hamburgs Brauereigeschichte ist vielfältig. Schon im 12. Jahrhundert wurde unsere Elbmetropole als das „Brauhaus der Hanse“
bezeichnet. Und beim Recherchieren in alten Unterlagen fanden wir wieder etwas Spannendes aus der nahezu 1000jährigen Hamburger
Biergeschichte.
In den 1950er Jahren gab es in Hamburg die Senatsbock-Tradition. Fünf damalige Brauereien schlossen sich immer gegen Ende des
Jahres zusammen, um in einem Gemeinschaftsprojekt ein besonderes Bockbier einzubrauen.
Dann, zum Anfang des jeweils neuen Jahres wurde der Senatsbock mit viel Brimborium angestochen und läutete Hamburgs 5.

Landgang Brauerei - Hamburger Senatsbock Edition 2022

It was 25 years ago that we planted our flag in North County San Diego. We showed up to a modest, empty warehouse with some mighty big dreams. Frau Gruber - Simcoe Vibes
YCH 301 Trial is part of the Yakima Chief Hops Elite Product Trial program. It combines the ground-breaking concept of Frozen
Fresh Hops and the innovative technology of Cryo Hops® to pioneer a new way to brew fresh hop ales with a pelletized product.
YCH 301 Trial requires a two-part production process. First, freshly harvested, un-kilned whole cone hops undergo a flash freezing
process in a state-of-the-art BRC-certified food processing facility. This helps retain the delicate nuances of fresh hops from
both a physical and aromatic perspective by protecting cell wall and lupulin gland integrity. This results in a product that
preserves the magic of fresh hop aromas and flavours. The Frozen Fresh Hops are then produced into concentrated lupulin pellets
with YCH’s fully patented cryogenic hop processing technology that gently separates the whole cones and isolates the lupulin.
The lupulin containing the aromatic hop oils is preserved using extremely low temperatures and a nitrogen-rich, low oxygen
environment during the entire process. This creates a concentrated lupulin, fresh hop product that can be used anywhere in the
brewhouse.
YCH 301 Trial can be used anywhere in the brewing process where pellets can be introduced, allowing brewers to evoke new and
unique fresh hop aromas depending on the application. As a concentrated lupulin product, we recommend a usage between 3 and 12
grams per litre. Depending on the variety, the Alpha Acid percentage ranges between 5 and 10% alpha. (Zitat
