Omnipollo - Lemon Meringue Ice Cream Pie (Softserve)
This beer beer sits right between sour and sweet. In my mind it is the closest we’ve ever come to balance. Kettle-soured and brewed with added lactose, it is then conditioned on buckets of lemon juice. Perfect, like lemon meringue ice cream pie. Collaboration with our family at Buxton Brewery. If you’re going to put fruit in a beer, there’s no better fruit to use then mango. At least that’s what Magnus here at Dugges Bryggeri says. So, when there was time for another Dugges x Stillwater Artisanal collaboration, Magnus posed the idea of a mango beer to Brian of Stillwater. Turns out, Brian had the same idea about mango and beer as Magnus. So, we set out to do a mango solo! To make it a sour was a no-brainer. We’ve got nothing but love for our sour collaborations so far, and we wanted to continue exploring that. Said and done, with mango flavor from two types of mango fruit and from mosaic hops we did it. We wanted to explore the cooperation between a soft, biscuity malt base and lots and lots of fruity hops. We wanted to make a modern pale ale staple. The one you have in your fridge at all times. Magic Rock Brewing - Telepathy
Our latest IPA is a development of our recent Demonali IPA recipe, showcasing the new hop varietal Denali. Golden Promise malt was used in addition to Golden Naked Oats, Wheat and Pin Head Oats to achieve a smoother body. We added lots more Denali hops giving the beer big Pineapple and Pine aromatics and added in Citra and Simcoe lupulin powder for more tropical fruit and pine flavours. Planet Oedipus Lifeform No. 2 - PO17-DM-ALC&R
Brewing with Menno from De Molen was a great honor for us. They are an inspirational brewery from the Netherlands, mostly famous for strong and extreme beers. Which is why, together we opted for something more surprising, light and delicate. We chose to brew an adjunct lager with rice and malt in the grist, resulting in a super light body. Working with Nevel Artisan Ales was a lot of fun, and we think they make some of the best beers we’ve ever tasted. When their brewer Mattias came over from Nijmegen, together we concocted the masterplan to create a Zoetzuur Pilsner ?? We started with the base of a regular Pilsner which we then kettle soured with Lactobacillus. It’s a Salt Licorice Imperial Baltic Porter! All those things. We worked with our friends from the Estonian brewery Pohjala on this one. They are known for their solid, strong, dark beers. Brewing together we wanted to combine the best of the Netherlands and the Baltic states so we added licorice root to a Baltic porter. Creating a real Dutch zoute drop flavor in the bottom fermented dark beer. A Baltic porter is usually high in alcohol, sweet and robust, so we added some extra molasses syrup to create a more mineral saltiness for this licorice-like beer. (Zitat Oedipus Brewing)

An experimental IPA using HBC 438, Yellow Sub and Ekuanot hops along with a smoothly oaty body designed to showcase the hops. Fermented with London Ale III yeast the beer has a big tropical aroma full of Mango and Pineapple. Gueuze Tilquin – draft version
The Gueuze Tilquin – draft version (4,8% alc/vol) is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the blending of a low
alcohol lambic (called Meerts or March beer) with 1 and 2 years old lambics matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized,
it is re-fermented in stainless steel kegs or in Keykegs for a minimum period of 3 months. The lambics used were fermented and
matured in our own oak barrels at the blendery. They are made from worts brewed by Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon.
The taste is tart, dry and refreshing. The nose is fresh and lemony. An ideal light gueuze for terraces in the summer and for
discovering the beers of spontaneous fermentation. (Zitat

So we figured our the perfect beer for this: Hibernate. Brewed with orange peel and coriander to take elements from the classic Wit bier, balanced out as a cream ale. Fermented at lower temperatures to leave more space for the dryhopping and the spices. A perfectly pleasing potent partner for any cold season. (Zitat To Øl)
